The L&OD Manager is responsible for designing and implementing the Learning & Organization Development system to strengthen organizational capability, develop leadership capacity, and ensure strong alignment between Competency Performance Learning, supporting LiveSpo Pharma's sustainable business growth.
1. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Competency / Capability Framework across the organization, covering both Commercial and Factory functions.
- Develop and deploy the Leadership Development Strategy for management levels (Manager level-up programs).
- Design, enhance, and operate the Performance Management System (KPI/OKR/MBO).
- Ensure strong integration between Competency, Performance, and Learning systems.
- Build role-based and level-based learning roadmaps aligned with business needs.
- Partner closely with functional Heads/Managers to diagnose capability gaps and propose effective development solutions.
- Manage training budget and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of L&OD initiatives.
- Coach and train managers on performance management, employee development, and people leadership.
2. Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in L&OD / Talent Management / OD.
- Proven hands-on experience in designing and implementing Competency / Capability Frameworks.
- Solid experience in developing Leadership Development Strategies for management levels.
- Practical experience working with both Commercial and Factory/Operations environments.
- Strong background in designing or improving Performance Management Systems.
- System thinking mindset with the ability to link people strategy to business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with middle and senior management.
- Hands-on, execution-oriented approach; able to translate concepts into practice.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or multi-channel distribution companies is preferred.

- Monday to Saturday, from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM
- 02 Saturdays per month with flexible online working arrangement
