Job Description

As a L&OD Lead, MSEA you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing learning and development strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across the organization. This position requires an experienced facilitator and people manager with an understanding of adult learning and the unique cultural and business dynamics cross the BUs in Vietnam and Indonesia.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Learning Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the country, in alignment with global L&OD goals and business objectives.

- Connect with local key business leaders and HR teams to identify learning needs, key skill gaps, and development opportunities for employees across the country.

- Collaborate with HRBP and provide strategic consultation& support for business in building talent pipeline, talent reviews etc.

Team Management:

- Lead a team of learning professionals in the country - Analyze, measure and develop the competencies of your team.

- Schedule team members to cover required learning initiatives in-person and virtually.

- Coach your team members for high performance and career development

- Manage learning budget AOP for the country, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality of learning programs.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve/ innovate training programs and develop team capabilities.

Project Management:

- Design and deliver impactful training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives that address identified needs and support employee growth and development.

- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, resourcing, execution, and evaluation of talent programs and learning initiatives.

- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with HR teams and business leaders to tailor learning interventions to effectively engage and resonate with employees across the country.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants for the delivery of specialized training programs or services.

- Be responsible for other ad hoc tasks assigned by direct manager.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years experience in learning and organizational development, Manufacturing working experience preferred;

- Good verbal and written communication in English;

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;

- Independent, energetic and self-motivated;

- Excellent people management and leadership skills

- Able to effectively interface with people at all levels;

- Able to lead, motivate and influence others in a team-based organization;

- Positive mindset;

- Strong attention to accuracy and detail;

- Capable problem solver;

- Committed to continuous quality improvement;

- Good Planning skills;

- People and customer oriented
