Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Learning and Development (L&D) Executive based in Dubai, UAE. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the technical and professional skills of team members. Key tasks include creating engaging learning content, managing learning management systems, delivering training sessions, and providing coaching to employees. The role requires a mix of office-based work and the flexibility to work from home when needed.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management systems
- Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating engaging learning materials
- Strong Communication and Coaching skills to effectively guide and mentor employees
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work models with both in-office and remote work responsibilities
