Software Engineer is a role which involves participating in the full software development lifecycle for each project or product you are assigned. Reporting to the Manager, the Software Engineer must ensure a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our customers and continues to grow & develop our staff.

- Implement software engineering best practices to ensure the quality creation of software, and create an environment of software excellence
- Monitoring, analyzing and improving the current development process and help determine appropriate strategies for positive improvement
- Liaising and interacting with all team members to ensure continuous improvement
- Communicating with all customers and other stakeholders to the highest level of quality applicable
- Positively and proactively participate as a member of the MiTek Vietnam Software Center, united in the pursuit of operational excellence
- Participate in daily activities to support the Team
- Design, code, test, and debug software, utilizing technologies, development tools and languages as required for the project assigned
- Collaborate with Product Management, Software Quality Assurance, DevOps, Architecture, and other functional teams (e.g. Customer experience, Sales, Marketing), to ensure that solutions are efficient, consistent and fulfill business needs
- Work in an Agile software development environment (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), participating in commitment, retrospective and planning meetings
- Attendance during regular work hours and overtime as required
- Participate in requirements reviews
- Refactor existing software
- Apply generally accepted development and quality assurance standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation
- Continue to grow the MiTek Vietnam family by supporting the customers and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to all customers
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
Qualifications

- H tr cc thnh vin trong nhm trong qu trnh o to thc t (hoc khi c o to)
- Gii quyt cc vn v mu thun theo hng tch cc
- Tun th theo cc quy trnh ph hp ca MiTek Vit Nam
- Xy dng mt mi trng lm vic trong cc thnh vin trong nhm h tr v on kt vi nhau
- C kh nng ng vin v khuyn khch cc thnh vin trong nhm a ra sng kin v t trng tm vo cht lng
- Xc nh cc c hi nhm ci thin qu trnh pht trin v cung cp cc dch v
- Khuyn khch v h tr xy dng mt vn ha lm vic trong cc thnh vin khng ngng pht trin

- Hiu bit su sc v dch v khch hng bao gm vic thc hin cc quy nh v s hi lng ca nhn vin.
- University or College degree, preferably major in Computer Science or Engineering
- Have experience within software or related industry with a cursory knowledge of global development practices and procedures.
- English level (CEFR) B1+ or equivalent
- Be able to provide a clear purpose and direction to your sprint tasks
