Our client is a Korean manufacturing company now looking for Korean Sales Manager based in Viet Nam.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement business strategies and market expansion plans in line with the company's direction.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with Korean and Chinese clients and partners.
- Directly negotiate and sign commercial contracts with clients and partners.
- Analyze the market, monitor business trends and customer needs to propose appropriate sales plans.
- Manage, train, and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (production, purchasing, logistics, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery and service quality.
- Monitor sales performance and business effectiveness, and provide regular reports to top management.
- Participate in meetings, trade fairs, and business events to expand the customer network.
Job Requirements:
- Korean nationality.
- Age: under 40.
- Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- At least 3 years of experience in business management or market development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of the Korean and Chinese markets is an advantage.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
