Job Description

We are currently hiring Korean/English Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. This is a work-from-home opportunity where you will support U.S.-based clients through customer service, call center operations, and interpretation projects. We are looking for motivated, reliable, and responsible individuals seeking a stable remote position. No prior experience is required training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in Korean and English
• Assist customers with general inquiries and support
• Follow call center procedures and guidelines
• Maintain professional communication at all times
• Participate in interpretation, including medical interpretation (OPI), and customer support projects

Requirements

• Fluent in Korean and English
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Stable internet connection
• Quiet work environment
• Customer service experience is a plus (not required)
