Job Description
- Search, evaluate, and develop KOL/KOC resources across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong influencer network to support brand awareness and sales conversion (GMV) on e-commerce platforms.
- Manage the full collaboration process with influencers including negotiation, contract signing, sample coordination, and commission settlement.
- Develop influencer marketing strategies and collaboration plans aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Prepare clear briefs to guide influencers in producing high-quality content that aligns with brand identity and drives conversion.
- Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as engagement, CTR, conversion rate, and GMV.
- Evaluate campaign results and optimize influencer selection and collaboration strategies based on data insights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 12 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC management, or related roles.
- Experience working with MCN agencies or influencer marketing for brands is a plus.
- Familiar with social media ecosystems such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Chinese (HSK5/6) or English is a plus.
