1. KOL Collaboration: In charge of KOL selection criteria and creating content promotion plans.

2. KOL Partnership Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with KOLs; adjust, monitor, and drive their promotional activities.

3. Budget Management: Manage and optimize funds allocated for KOL partnerships.

4. Contract Management: Negotiate, sign, and implement cooperation contracts with KOLs/KOCs; oversee the process of delivering and retrieving sample products.

5. Performance Evaluation: Assess KOL/KOC performance after bookings; maintain proactive communication to foster sustainable traffic channels.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related majors.

- From 1 year of experience in booking KOLs/KOCs to promote products and increase brand revenue.

- Good English communication skills.

- Experience in monitoring, observing, and evaluating KOL/KOC quality.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with persuasive ability.

- Familiar with multiple social media platforms and continuously updated on trends.

- Proactive, with good time and task management skills.

Location: Phu Nhuan District, HCMC. Working time: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
