This is a full-time, on-site role located at Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa, Hon Tre Island, for a Kitchen Staff position. Responsibilities include food preparation, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, assisting chefs in cooking and plating dishes, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. You will work closely with the culinary team to deliver high-quality dining experiences for our guests.

• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Relevant culinary training or certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is an advantage
