Kindergarten Teacher

Job Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and deliver engaging, age-appropriate instruction in English.
• Care for and supervise children during the school day, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Monitor each child's learning progress and communicate regularly with parents regarding both overall development and English language growth.
• Observe, assess, and document student development; prepare reports and updates for parents.
• Collaborate closely with parents to support each child's holistic growth.
• Maintain a positive, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Complete administrative tasks related to teaching and student care.
• Participate in professional development, school events, and extracurricular activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the School Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, English, Education, or relevant teaching certificates (TESOL/TEFL/IELTS/TOEFL/Toeic, etc.).
• At least 1 year of experience teaching in a preschool environment.
• Genuinely loves working with young children and has strong childcare and nurturing skills.
• Understanding of early childhood development and early learning methodologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Effective classroom management abilities.
• Energetic, creative, patient, responsible, and passionate about education.
• First Aid certification is an advantage.
