Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Client Operations & Pricing Supervisor, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Client Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance for key clients, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing, documentation, and compliance with service standards. This role leads a team to deliver operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include managing client SOPs, monitoring performance metrics, conducting reviews, and implementing process enhancements. The position also involves pricing strategy, vendor negotiations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize cost efficiency and service quality. Strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and effective communication are essential to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or
related field.
46 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations, with
2+ years in a supervisory or senior logistics implementation role.
Strong operational understanding across transport modes (air, ocean,
trucking) and customs processes.
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization.
Highly efficient, organized, and data-driven.
Excellent communication, coordination, and client-fronting skills.
Strong leadership and team coaching ability.
Advanced Excels, Power BI or data visualization experience is a strong
advantage.
Fluent English communication.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative under minimal
supervision.
