Job Overview
The Key Account Supervisor (KAS) is primarily responsible for achieving sell-in targets and maintaining strong commercial relationships with strategic Modern Trade partners in the Health & Beauty channel, including Hasaki, Watsons, Guardian, and other key chains.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance & Listing Management
- Develop and take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual sell-in targets.
- Execute new SKU listing processes across key accounts systems.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels at partners warehouses, preventing stock shortages or overstock situations.
2. Commercial & Trading Management
- Negotiate trading terms, discount structures, and shelf positioning with Buyers.
- Manage promotion budgets and ensure effective return on investment.
- Monitor and control overdue debt to maintain healthy financial performance.
3. Promotion Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate with the Trade Marketing team to deploy exclusive promotional programs for each retail chain.
- Ensure the timely delivery and quality control of gifts and POSM attached to orders.
4. Market Monitoring & Tactical Actions
- Monitor pricing, promotional activities, and competitor movements at points of sale.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify early signs of sales decline.
- Propose tactical sales solutions (e.g., flash sales, additional gifts, promotional adjustments) to drive performance based on market dynamics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG or Retail.
- Mandatory experience in Premium Cosmetics or Beauty Care.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Solid understanding of P&L; existing relationships with Buyers in H&B chains is an advantage.
- Proactive, results-driven, with a strong premium brand mindset (experience with brands such as Astalift, Verites is a plus).
- Willing to conduct frequent market visits and audits.
