Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with account to serving as their primary point of contact for allbusiness-related matter
- Achieve the KPI targets (Sales target, doors)
- Drive sales growth through effective planning and execution of account strategies, foster account growth, andidentify new account opportunities
- Establish, manage and negotiate yearly trading terms with accounts in line with annual business plan targetsand budget
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with SMD to develop sales fundamental in retail business: distribution, availability, visibility, andpromo – activation execution
- Partner with trade marketing team to create effective and efficient promotion calendar & BTL activities
- Partner with finance, operation and supply and demand to follow up operation issue delivery, return, AR andplan forecast
- Monitor performance of strategic plans and evaluate successes, risks and opportunities and formulate plansto address these.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years in Supervisor/Team Leader position in the FMCG industry or Cosmetics. Has experience with beauty category is preferable
- Experience to manage MT customer especially drugstore, CVS andhyper/supermarket
- Ability in communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team, managing multiple brands
- Result-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Conversational proficiency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables)
- Proactive and self-motivated

- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business meetings when required
- Ability to handle urgent business matters outside regular working hours
