MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
- Drive sustainable business growth by managing and expanding strategic customer accounts, ensuring longterm partnership and maximizing share of wallet.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, delivering exceptional service, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, including demand forecasting, opportunity identification, and crossfunctional coordination to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Strengthen customer relationships by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Commex, Technical, Logistic, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of contracts, projects, and service commitments.
Main Responsibilities
Maintain current customer relationship :
Providing first-line service and support to maintain firm relationships with customers.
Introducing Abbott Molecular assays, applications, and systems to customers
Planning and conduct customer visits to provide new product information and gather requests from customers.
Managing customer relationships and thorough planning, preparing and follow-up customer visit (pre-call plan, post-call).
Deliver Sales Growth :
Execute area sales strategies to drive existing customer business and protecting base business,
Renewals of most of assigned accounts (adhering to standard renewals procedures)
Menu Expansion (Utilization of existing products; new product launches)
Business Planning :
Conduct business reviews and monthly forecasting to drive maintain and update salesforces
Customer Management :
Replenish and control customer inver
Minimum Background/ Experience Required
Work Experience
Experience
Minimum 5 years working experience in sales or support in IVD/ Medical Devices Industry (experience in Molecular Testing is preferable)
Education
Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience Required
Major : biology/biotechnology/bio-medical or medical related field
