Get to know the Role:
The team is looking for a talented generalist to help company build strategic relationships with FMCG Brands partners and develop a revenue stream. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for owning and growing our newest line of business.

The day-to-day activities:
- You engage with our FMCG Brands partner and build strong business relationships, listen to their needs and feedback, always stay in close communications.
- You form marketing solutions and initiatives together with our Brands partners, agencies & merchants to add value to our users, forming a win-win value exchange model.
- You help drive growth and high ROI - ensuring that our partners are growing together with company. Take a data driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner & optimize them for long term success.
- You will serve as the point of contact between the FMCG Brands partners and multiple internal stakeholders (i.e. Food, Mart, Ads, MKT, Transport, Content, Legal, etc.) and ensure maintaining performance and quality consistently.
- You will ensure that issues of concern are resolved promptly over email, phone, or in person.
- You will help create frameworks, processes and tools frequently to keep evolving and manage all parties performances, for knowledge continuity to serve our partners better.
Must-have Requirements:
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management and/or Business development.
- You have a good sense in planning/ project management and problem-solving skills.
- You have a good sense of driving business performance metrics through partnerships. Digital Media knowledge is a plus.
- You can work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
- You can articulate and communicate well.
- You can use and analyze large amounts of data to provide practical insights and comprehensive solutions.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and trust-building ability. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different levels, up to senior level management.
- You have a start-up attitude – willing to learn and work hard to get things done in a dynamic, ultra-fast-paced.
Salary and Benefits:
- Gross salary: 20.800.000 VND.
- Service voucher: 300.000 VND/month.
- 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI.
