Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing the chain sales channel (camera, Wi-Fi router, etc.) and accountable for revenue, profit, market share, inventory, forecast accuracy, product strategy, and product display for the assigned channel.
2. Advise the Board of Directors on strategies for developing the chain system.
3. Develop annual sales development strategies with customers and conduct continuous quarterly/monthly reviews
(partners: Mobile World, CellphoneS, MediaMart, FPT Retail, etc.) to ensure maintaining and growing the annual market share as planned.
4. Negotiate and discuss terms of annual sales contracts (if any).
5. Build and develop relationships with Directors/Buyers.
6. Handle issues related to assigned customers.
7. Use the assigned budget effectively.
8. Explore business opportunities at each chain system/each store.
9. Monitor competitors activities and sales strategies.
10. Coordinate with the Marketing Department to build and implement brand objectives, increase brand awareness, and execute promotional programs at retail points in supermarkets.
11. Manage the company's customer service quality, including coordinating goods with the warehouse and logistics.
12. Prepare periodic business performance reports, analyze business results, and provide timely recommendations to improve business performance.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Language: Proficient in English or Chinese
Field: CCTV, Security Technology
Years of experience: At least 3 years in CCTV, security systems, IT, consumer electronics, or related fields.
A highly experienced professional with comprehensive expertise in relevant areas; capable of solving various problems creatively.
Able to work on issues with a wide scope, where data analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to arrive at effective solutions.
Able to lead a sales team of professionals with limited control over budget spending.
Experience in managing Key Accounts.
