1/Job description:
Channel Development and Operations - MOFT is to develop and execute trade marketing plans and customer activity plans to drive distribution & sales volume; drive trade marketing agenda within MOFT channel: (1) Hyper, Super; (2) CVS, Mini Mart, Independent Chain to ensure that the company meets short & mid-term growth objectives:
- Develop and manage business planning strategies and plans for in-charge Key Accounts (hypersuper, CVs, Mini Mart, Independent Chain).
- Collaborate with sales teams to align trade marketing activities with account-specific goals and needs.
- Integrate consumer promotion plans with the overall brand marketing calendar.
- Coordinate the execution of consumer-facing trade promotions and activations.
- Oversee the budgeting and financial management of trade marketing programs.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.
- Deploy and manage the execution of trade activities and brand projects.
- Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and data-driven recommendations to the broader marketing team.
- Collect, analyze, and report on key trade marketing performance metrics.
- Utilize data insights to optimize trade marketing strategies and tactics.
- Assist with various ad-hoc requests and projects as needed to support the broader trade marketing objectives.
2/ Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Years & Type of Experience: At least 3 years in Hypersuper, Mini Mart, CVs channel management field, preferred experience in a FMCG company.
- Understanding of trade marketing and retail landscape.
- Proficient in data analysis, report generation, and presentation skills.
- Good at communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Good communication and computer skills.
