Job Description

I. Key Account Manager

1. Planning and Operations Management

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations and business performance across the assigned supermarket chain.
  • Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of plans, making timely adjustments to ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor implementation progress and provide regular updates and reports to the Channel Director.

2. Plan Execution Coordination

  • Ensure the effective execution of assigned plans and activities in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to implement promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities.
  • Supervise the implementation of sales policies to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all stores.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, enhancing customer service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Organize customer care programs and customer satisfaction surveys to improve service quality.

4. Budget and Resource Management

  • Effectively manage budgets, costs, and resources while controlling risks to achieve targets related to sales revenue, market share, distribution, merchandising, brand image, and supermarket channel presence.
  • Plan and monitor resource utilization to optimize costs and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and recommend process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and work quality.

5. Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and develop employees, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Assess employee performance and develop individual and team development plans.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.

6. Reporting and Analysis

  • Collect and analyze business data and prepare periodic reports for the MT Head.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis to enhance business performance and customer service quality.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and propose appropriate business strategies accordingly.

II. Senior Key Account Executive

The position is responsible and reports directly to the Key Account Manager (Planning) for the following duties:

  1. Coordinate and support sales operations in the implementation of sales plans and activities for the Pharma–CVS, Win, Hyper Super... chains and assigned key accounts.
  2. Manage assigned customers and provide guidance and support to regional teams in executing sales plans and commercial activities across regions.
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  4. Manage budgets and personnel-related expenses to achieve overall objectives including sales revenue, distribution, merchandising, brand image, and market presence within assigned channels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & MAJOR

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Preference given to majors related to business such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related majors.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • KAM: Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in multinational companies or large-scale enterprises in dairy, food, or FMCG industries; dairy industry experience is highly preferred
  • Senior KAE: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in multinational companies or large-scale enterprises in dairy, food, or FMCG industries; dairy industry experience is highly preferred. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within large organizations; preference given to candidates with experience in Key Account Management for Modern Trade channels (Supermarkets/ Pharma/ Convenience Store chains).

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Strong experience and knowledge in managing commercial activities related to modern trade chains, including interaction with customers - especially buying and purchasing departments.
  • Good understanding of brand and category management within Modern Trade environments.
  • Proven ability to build and develop strong collaborative relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and business planning skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrates integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
