Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

The Key Account is responsible for managing and developing the customer portfolio (Health & Beauty, B2B E-commerce and Pharmacy chain channels), driving sales execution, trade negotiation and long-term partnership, fully aligned with company strategy and channel-specific priorities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Planning & Development

  • Develop and execute business plans for customers on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as sales, coverage, SKU listing, visibility and operational efficiency across H&B, B2B E-commerce and Pharmacy chain channels.

2. Sales Execution & Trade Program Implementation

  • Deploy sales, promotional, display, pricing and trade marketing programs to achieve sales targets, tailored to each channel.
  • Ensure all activities align with company policies and each chain's strategy.

3. Customer Management & Development

  • Proactively contact current, new, and potential customers within customers scope for product listing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in charge.

4. Commercial Agreement Negotiation

  • Prepare and negotiate annual commercial agreements with existing and new customers.
  • Ensure win-win deals that align with the company's objectives and foster long-term partnerships.

5. Market Analysis & Strategic Planning

  • Collect and analyze market data, category trends and consumer behavior – with particular attention to Health & Beauty and B2B E-commerce dynamics.
  • Propose actionable plans to enhance business performance.

6. Internal & External Relationship Management

  • Build close relationships with the purchasing departments of retail chains and e-commerce partners.
  • Act as a key liaison between company and partners to ensure flawless execution of all campaigns.

Job requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's/College degree, major in Business, Medical or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Key Account / B2B / Customer Service / relevant Business roles.
  • Experience working with Health & Beauty chains or B2B E-commerce is a strong advantage.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Good understanding of Brands and Distribution.
  • Good English skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, communication skills.

Soft Skills

  • Inquiring mind, willing to accept challenges, highly responsible.
  • Able to adapt quickly across diverse channels (traditional retail and online B2B).
