Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals
  • Lead and manage the sales, operations and office support teams, providing direction, training, mentorship, and performance management
  • Analyses market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities that can contribute to company vision and mission.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing programs, campaigns, and tactics to acquire new customers and significantly expand business with existing customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other department heads (e.g. product, operations, function, finance) to align with the company's strategic priorities and initiatives.
  • Represent the company and build relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers
  • Stay up to date on the latest country best practices, policies, technologies, and trends
  • To regularly monitor inspector performance, establish clear objectives and requirements, conduct regular assessments, use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to collect and analyses data.
  • To manage a structured approach involving technical & practical training, feedback and corrective actions ensuring consistent, high-quality inspections standard and performance.
  • Any other tasks to be assigned by N+1 Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce marketing, or any related field.
  • 5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience, ideally in government services & international trade business/ TIC business
  • Strong knowledge / experience dealing with government services & international trade business in relating to agriculture / electrical & electronic / food / manufacturing etc
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams
  • Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
