Develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals
Lead and manage the sales, operations and office support teams, providing direction, training, mentorship, and performance management
Analyses market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities that can contribute to company vision and mission.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing programs, campaigns, and tactics to acquire new customers and significantly expand business with existing customers
Collaborate cross-functionally with other department heads (e.g. product, operations, function, finance) to align with the company's strategic priorities and initiatives.
Represent the company and build relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers
Stay up to date on the latest country best practices, policies, technologies, and trends
To regularly monitor inspector performance, establish clear objectives and requirements, conduct regular assessments, use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to collect and analyses data.
To manage a structured approach involving technical & practical training, feedback and corrective actions ensuring consistent, high-quality inspections standard and performance.
Any other tasks to be assigned by N+1 Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, commerce marketing, or any related field.
5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience, ideally in government services & international trade business/ TIC business
Strong knowledge / experience dealing with government services & international trade business in relating to agriculture / electrical & electronic / food / manufacturing etc
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams
Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
