SciGen is a growing biopharmaceutical company based in Singapore. With a prominent presence in South Vietnam in the therapeutic areas of Endocrinology, Pediatrics, and Oncology, we are seeking a Key Account Manager based in Hanoi, Vietnam to join us in our expansion into the North & Central Regions of Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting Tender information from different sources independently, e.g., including policies, point system, insurance formulations list, tender packages, tender committee contact list, schedule of tender
- Manage & keep updated all products tender situation in the North & Central Region of Vietnam
- Report to the Country Manager
- Working closely with all stakeholders of the tender process, including third parties.
- Managing the full scale of tender process, including local distributor activities
- Monitoring MOH/SOH regulations on tender
- Field work to communicate and understand hospital tender policy & specific requirements in key hospitals
- Ensure listing of all possible products in all hospitals, both in in- and outpatient departments
- Co-operation with Marketing and the Field Force team for establishing HCO/HCP activities
- Pharmacovigilance concerning
- Receiving DI/ADRs information from patients, hospitals, and HCPs and transferring it to PICs
Key Requirements:
- University of Pharmacy or medicine degree, additional business education is an advantage
- Very active and combative personality
- Proven Negotiation skills
- Good skills in Communication (fluent in English and Vietnamese)
- IT skills (MS software, data management)
- Experience in public speaking, presentation skills
- Proven Planning and organizing skills
- Strategic thinking
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
- At least 2 years experience in hospital tender business
