POSITION INFORMATION

TAM is responsible for focusing on end-users but partner engagement is also requested to leverage their resources and cover the geographies effectively.

ROLE MISSION

To continuously increase the revenue and market share of DL products in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

  • PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

oDevelop sales in a specific territory by serving existing customer, promoting products and concluding orders.

oMap potential prospects customers in territory by listing customer needs and current suppliers.

oMeet his / her portfolio revenue, volume and price targets.

oManage client portfolios by balancing mix and product availability.

  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

oDevelop clients knowledge and understand client decision making process and role of stakeholders (buyer, technical buyer, influencer, sponsor).

oGather information on client midterm marketing plan/ strategy (new product launches) in order to anticipate client future needs / expectations.

oPropose internally, for validation, new products/services for customers.

oWork closely with customer and potential customers to understand their needs and marketplace direction.

  • EXECUTION REPORTING

oKeep customers updated on contract progress and make sure targets are met.

oCollect forecast from the customers and input in the system.

oCompare forecast execution vs. contracted/expected revenue/volume development.

oMonitor the financial situation of customers towards risk of insolvency and escalate potential issues to the appropriate level in due time.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education (School/Specialization): Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or engineering Field

Primary Language: Fluent English; written and verbal communication

Experience

I. At least 5 years in industrial automation on related products and applications prior contacts with industrial automation end user is a requirement .

II. Understand ID products and able to make demo

III. Prefer to have MFG background

Accountabilities And Performance Measures

  • Overall revenue within a giving territory;
  • Update of CRM , forecast tool;
  • Understand of the DL portfolio and manufacturing industry;
  • Maintain a key relationship with our Distribution partners and sales team;
