Job Description

  • Manage and develop key retail accounts, driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for the assigned portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within the retail sector, proposing innovative strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage contract renewals, and coordinate contract execution to maximize profitability and customer loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions and improve account performance.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to stay updated on the competitive landscape and identify potential partnerships.

***Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • More than four years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing trends, as well as the ability to integrate them into sales strategies.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
