About the Role
- Develop and expand sales channel of consumer electronic retailers (Mobile World, CellphoneS, MediaMart, FPT Retail, etc.) and accountable for revenue, profit, market share, inventory, forecast accuracy, product strategy, and product display for the assigned channel.
- Develop annual sales development strategies with customers and conduct continuous quarterly/monthly reviews to ensure maintaining and growing the annual market share as planned.
- Negotiate and discuss terms of annual sales contracts and build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to grow sales volume, increase market share, and strengthen brand presence.
- Track partners purchasing, sell-out, and inventory data to identify potential risks and business opportunities.
- Prepare and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts for key accounts.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to boost brand awareness and support promotional initiatives such as workshops, online webinars, and roadshows.
- Conduct regular market research to gather insights on competitors products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Language: Proficient in English
- Familiar with the procurement procedures of main Consumer electric retailers. Possess rich customer resources of consumer electric retailers and a successful track record of independently developing key accounts-just like (Mobile World, CellphoneS, MediaMart, FPT Retai)
- Industrial Field: Consumer electric, Smart home device, home appliance
- Years of experience: At least 5 years in KAM work experience in IT, consumer electronics, or related fields.

- Excellent planning ability, business analysis skills, negotiation skills, and strong communication and coordination abilities.
