Develop annual/quarterly/monthly business strategies and plans for each account to achieve targeted sell-in, sell-out, profit, and market share.
Be responsible for expanding product distribution as planned (including both new products and existing products).
Coordinate, implement, supervise, and evaluate promotional programs, activations, sampling, etc. with the operations team (sales supervisors, sales representatives, PG) effectively.
Negotiate business terms and sign sales contracts with each account.
Collaborate with Trade Marketing to develop plans for marketing and display activities.
Collaborate with the Brand team to plan activation and sampling programs.
Monitor key customers in sales activities to drive revenue and profit growth aligned with brand objectives and assortment expansion.
Manage customer inventory data, ensuring accuracy and alignment between physical stock and recorded data.
Achieve committed sales targets and control costs by account and by category on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles; demonstrated experience in business planning and trade marketing. Prior experience in FMCG, particularly in technology food sectors, is essential.
Skills: Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills; proficiency with CRM and business tools.
Personal Qualities: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, detail-oriented, and target-focused.
Knowledge: Broad understanding of retail and FMCG markets; specific knowledge in technology food sectors.
