Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop strategic accounts, KOLs in healthcare industry.
Ensure business growth through product listing expansion and social insurance coverage inclusion.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with decision-makers & KOLs.
Lead, coach & develop the Key Account Executive (KAE) team.
Drive promotion action planning and account engagement.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Medical/Pharmaceutical University).
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (KAM/ ASM/DSM), or 4 years as a KAE/Medical Representative in multinational pharmaceutical companies will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Government / Market / Industry / Products.
Skilled in Account Engagement, Key Account Planning, and Customer Relationship Management.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Strong planning, organizing, and leadership abilities.
Experienced in market access activities with good understanding of product listing and reimbursement procedures.
Proficiency in English is a must.
Willing to travel provinces
