We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager, Injectable Aesthetic to join our Injectable Aesthetics team in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through existing and new customers; increase customer base and market share.
  • Plan, develop and execute key account and territory business plan to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct regular call visits, deliver key product message to key account stakeholders (HCP / consultants etc.)
  • Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts and expand business portfolio
  • Develop and follow through trade marketing executions to drive business development.
  • Capture and report market landscape and intelligence to identify opportunities and competitiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular key account reports, sales reports and forecasts to internal stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts, HCP and business partner to ensure long sustainable growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical training teams to ensure best customer engagement is attained, and assist in engagement activities such as workshops, training, symposium and exhibitions, etc.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proactive and passionate, self-motivated; entrepreneur mind; willing to take on challenges; good account servicing, high adaptability
  • Degree holder or above, preferably in science/ medical/ business related subjects
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably from FMCG / aesthetics / healthcare / pharmaceutical / medical device industry
  • Knowledge or experience in medical aesthetics or medical drugs / devices would be an advantage
  • Passionate in developing career in medical aesthetics industry
  • Good account servicing and multi-tasking capability
  • Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills; willing to work as a team
  • Good planning, presentation skills; strong analytical skills, good learning agility on science
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Less experience candidates would be considered the position of Account Executive
