Job Description

I. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and expansion of strategic partnerships with large corporations and enterprise clients

• Build, own, and grow a strong network of corporate stakeholders across functions (HR, Marketing, Procurement, Leadership teams)

• Identify and unlock new business opportunities through partnerships, networking initiatives, and industry engagement activities

• Drive collaboration opportunities and convert partnerships into qualified pipelines for the Sales team

• Oversee and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring continuous value creation

• Analyze market trends and propose innovative partnership models aligned with business strategy

II. Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within established companies or large corporations

• Strong background in Strategic Partnerships, Key Account Management, or Business Development

• Preferred candidates are those who have held positions such as: Executive Assistant to Chairman/BOD/CEO/Deputy CEO; Business Development Director/Manager; Partnership Manager; Sales Manager

• Experience working in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:

Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Securities, Retail, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Event Management, Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals

• Established, long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers within corporate organizations (C-levels, Directors, Heads of Departments, etc.)

• Strong networking, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities

• Strategic mindset with the ability to convert partnerships into tangible business results

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English
