Distributor Management & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for local distributors; support, monitor, and drive their performance to ensure sales targets and distribution KPIs are met.
Key Account Development: Identify, build, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, including major hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals (ETC channel, with a preference for premium/service-driven clinics).
Market Strategy & Execution: Partner closely with the Chief Representative to develop and execute effective commercial strategies tailored to the Cardiology and Musculoskeletal portfolios.
Sales Tracking & Forecasting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and inventory levels at the distributor end to provide accurate sales forecasts and timely market insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work aligned with regulatory affairs and marketing to ensure smooth product launches and marketing campaigns.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Account Management within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
Proven track record in the ETC channel is mandatory
Solid experience or deep knowledge in Cardiology and/or Musculoskeletal (Bone & Joint) therapeutic areas.
Language: Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Skills:
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a small, agile team environment (5 headcount).
Analytical skills to manage data, forecasts, and distributor performance.
