Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

* Account Management & Business Development

• Manage and maintain daily business relationships with B2B wholesaler partners in beauty & cosmetics.

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales, profit, and growth targets.

• Identify and onboard new B2B customers (distributors, beauty stores, spas, salon chains).

• Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional activities to optimize partner performance.

• Monitor sell-in/sell-out results and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock flow.

* Sales Activation & Livestream / Affiliate Initiatives

• Plan and execute livestream programs in collaboration with wholesaler partners to boost product awareness and conversion.

• Develop and manage Sales Affiliate programs to engage wholesalers and their networks in online sales.

• Coordinate with Marketing and E-commerce teams to create livestream scripts, content, and incentive mechanics.

• Track performance metrics and evaluate ROI of livestream and affiliate activities.

* Sales Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to implement sales campaigns, trade promotions, and product launches.

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities; propose action plans to maximize growth.

• Prepare and present monthly business reports and forecasts.

* Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with B2B clients.

• Ensure smooth execution of operations, from order placement to delivery and after-sales support.

• Support partners in merchandising, training, and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility. Job Requirement

* Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or related field.

* Experience:

• 5–6 years of experience in Key Account / Sales roles, preferably in Beauty, Cosmetic, FMCG, or Retail industries.

• Experience with wholesaler, distributor, or B2B channels is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with livestream commerce or affiliate marketing is a strong plus.

* Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented mindset.

• Able to work independently and take initiative to drive business performance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); English communication skills are an advantage.
