ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager, based in Quận Bình Thạnh. The position involves managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, identifying customer needs, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in strategically growing and maintaining partnerships to contribute to company success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- New Business Development: Identify and exploit new market opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a professional sales team to meet business objectives.
- Sales Performance: Drive and achieve sales targets through strategic support programs and initiatives.
- Key Account Management: Directly manage and provide high-level support to key corporate accounts and oversea customers.
- Professional Presentations: Create and deliver high-impact, professional presentations on products and services to high-level corporate stakeholders.
- Training & Enablement: Conduct product and skill training for the internal sales team, distributors, and retailers.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Board of Directors (BOD) and other departments to refine sales strategies and achieve better results.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the Water Purifier, Healthcare, or Home Appliance industries.
- Proven B2B Network: Must possess solid and proven connections/contacts in the B2B industry. Direct access to decision-makers in Hotels, Hospitals, and Large Corporates is essential.
- Professional Skills: Exceptional professional presentation skills with the ability to influence and close deals at the corporate level.
- AI skills (advantage)
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex negotiations and resolve objections effectively.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory to communicate with and support international clients/partners.
- Attributes: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving sales growth.

- Base Salary from 16,000,000 VND + Attractive Commission + KPI bonuses.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and 2 Saturdays per month
