Job Description

is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, expanding partnerships, and developing strategic relationships with healthcare organizations such as hospitals, clinics, and medical centers. This role focuses on building sustainable partnerships, introducing suitable service solutions, and contributing to the company's expansion within the healthcare ecosystem.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and other healthcare organizations;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including hospital management, administrative departments, and decision-makers;
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, healthcare ecosystem dynamics, and potential partnership opportunities;
  • Prepare and present proposals, capability profiles, and partnership solutions tailored to the needs of healthcare partners;
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product to develop suitable solutions and ensure successful partnership implementation;
  • Monitor partnership progress, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements to strengthen collaboration;
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking activities, and industry events within the healthcare sector;
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with partners to create sustainable growth opportunities;
  • Provide regular reports on partnership development, opportunities, and business performance to direct management;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

  • Strong business development and partnership-building capabilities;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare partners;
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare industry;

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Public Health, or related fields;
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Development, or B2B Sales;
  • Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare-related organizations is highly preferred;
  • Candidates with an existing network in the healthcare industry are a strong advantage;
  • Good English communication skills are preferred;
  • Have a personal laptop.
