M t cng vic:
1. Pht trin doanh thu, ti u li nhun, qun l sell-in sell-out cc nhn hng ph trch:
- Lm vic vi NCC/Nhn hng v cc chnh sch thng mi, ti u chit khu hng bn;
- Lm vic, trao i v cc chng trnh khuyn mi sell-in/sell-out;
- Qun l chng trnh khuyn mi, qu tng, ti u doanh thu trn cc knh bn hng Hasaki (Website/Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok/Ca hng,);
- Qun l sn phm (listing, bao b, gi c...), ti u tn kho;
- Theo di cc khon tr sau/cc khon ph cn thu;
- Tm kim sn phm tim nng trn th trng, lin h NCC lm vic v chnh sch nhp hng;
2. Trin khai cc chng trnh promotion, cc hot ng marketing online v offline:
- Lp k hoch promotion Hasaki hng thng, phi hp cng nhn hng v team Marketing trin khai chng trnh khuyn mi ti khch hng;
- Ln k hoch v qun l cc chng trnh trn cc knh Online (FB/GG/Tiktok/App/Media Ads/..) + Offline (Trng by, Activation, POSM,);
- Theo di, o lng hiu qu cc CTKM, t ti u doanh thu v chi ph;
3. Theo di th trng:
- Theo di gi i th cnh tranh, m bo cnh tranh v gi;
- Lm vic vi NCC c phng n h tr ph hp;
4. Lm vic vi NCC v cc khon h tr khc:
- Chng trnh h tr khai trng ca hng mi;
- Cc chng trnh khuyn mi hng thng Hasaki: Double Day (5/5, 6/6, 7/7,), Flash sale, Super sale, Holiday, Birthday Sales, Xmas & New Year,..;
- Cc chng trnh pht sinh khc (nu c);
5. Bo co tun, thng, qu.
6. Thc hin cc cng vic khc (nu c) theo ch o ca Qun l.
Yu cu:
- Tt nghip i hc tr ln chuyn ngnh lin quan (Qun tr, Marketing, Sales, Ecomerce);
- C t nht 01 nm kinh nghim v tr tng ng cc nhn hng;
- T duy logic, r rng;
- Kh nng nh hng, ra quyt nh;
- K nng phn tch v gii quyt vn tt;
- K nng thng lng, giao tip tt;
- C tnh cam kt, lim chnh;
- Chu c p lc cao.
Quyn li:
- Lng tha thun theo nng lc;
- Thng KPI hng thng;
- Ph cp cm, gi xe (nu c);
- Bo him theo quy nh, lng thng 13, ngy php nm,...;
- c cung cp trang thit b lm vic.
Thi gian lm vic:Th 2 - Th 6 (8:30 - 17:30), sng Th 7 (8:30 - 12:30).
