Alleviare Life Sciences recruitment: Key Account Executive (based in HCMC)
1.Reporting scope: Report directly to the General Manager - Business Development
2.Territory: South & Mekong
3.Responsibility:
A Key Account Executive oversees the entire bidding processfrom identifying opportunities to final submissionensuring competitive, compliant, and profitable proposals. Key responsibilities include analyzing tender documents, coordinating cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, legal, finance), managing deadlines, developing bid strategies, and conducting risk assessments. Oversee the entire tendering process, from opportunity identification to submission and post-tender negotiations.
4. Job Description:
- End-to-End Bid Management: Managing the entire tender lifecycle, including analyzing requirements, listing, preparing documentation, and submitting proposals.
- Strategy & Analysis: Developing winning bid strategies, reviewing contract terms, and analyzing competitor activity.
- Coordination & Collaboration: Leading internal teams to gather technical and commercial information, ensuring all inputs are aligned.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring all submissions meet legal, commercial, and technical requirements.
- Costing & Pricing: Contributing to cost calculations, budgeting, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Risk Assessment: Identifying potential risks in tender conditions and developing mitigation strategies.
- Hospital/Institute Management: Acting as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and Institute/Hospitals during the tender process.
3.Requirement:
- Experience: From 2-3 years of experience in tender management with excellent relations with key decision makers.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills. English good
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law, procurement procedures, and compliance.
