YOUR MISSION

Drive sustainable growth and market leadership in CCTV & security technology by developing and optimizing MT channels, delivering strong revenue, profitability, and partner relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of MT Sales channel development (Camera, router wifi, smart lock...) and responsible for revenue, profitability, market share, inventory, forecast accuracy, product strategy, and product display of assigned channel.
  • Sales target management: Prepare to set the optimal sales target that drives continued growth of the business unit and channel accounts (partners: The gioi di dong, Cell phones, Mediamart, FPT Retail,...)
  • Sales strategy setting by channel: Develop practical and effective sales approaches to meet the sales target by analyzing the assigned channel accounts, commercial district, and products.
  • Sales execution: Create clear and workable solutions for sell IN/OUT; Carry out sales in ways that focus on achieving the target based on cooperation with channel accounts;
  • Channel monitoring and risk management: Building trust with channel accounts and creating a foundation for continued revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years in CCTV, security system, IT, consumer electronics or related field.
  • Experienced professional with a full understanding of specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Can lead a sales team of professionals with limited control over budget spending. Supervises mentoring and coaching for team members
  • Experienced in KA management
