Key responsibilities

Develop Key Account Plans

  • Assess brand competitiveness within each chain and propose suitable sales approaches to achieve listing and sell-in targets.
  • Manage contract preparation and renewal processes.
  • Present product and brand proposals to customers.

Maintain Strong Customer Relationships

  • Act as the main contact for key accounts, addressing requests and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met professionally.
  • Strengthen partnerships to enhance the company's market position.

Execute Trade & Promotion Programs

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to implement trade promotions, merchandising, visibility, and inventory plans.
  • Develop execution plans for trade and consumer promotions.
  • Track and report program results based on agreed KPIs.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • 13 years of experience in Key Account, Sales, Trade Marketing, or FMCG/pharmaceutical retail (preferred).
  • Experience working with retail chains, pharmacies, or distributors is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical ability to work with sales data, promotions, and KPIs.
  • Basic English communication.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with high responsibility.
  • Detail-focused, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
