Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and data‑driven marketing professional to lead DFL24's brand presence, lead generation, and ecosystem engagement. You will translate our unique value – a fintech sandbox with sovereign meaning – into compelling narratives for startups, corporates, and global fintech players.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Storytelling – Craft and amplify DFL24's identity as a strategic member of VIFC Đà Nẵng. Communicate the deeper meaning behind 24 (unity, sovereignty, 24/7 readiness) across all channels.
- Content & Digital and Event Marketing – Develop case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and social media content targeting fintech founders, corporate innovation heads, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Lead Generation – Design and execute campaigns (LinkedIn, email, webinars, events) to attract qualified leads for our five product lines: Sandbox‑as‑a‑Service, Cross‑border Sandbox, Corporate Sandbox Program, Embedded Finance Lab, and Compliance Sandbox.
- Ecosystem Engagement – Build relationships with fintech communities, accelerators, and media across Vietnam, and international. Represent DFL24 at industry conferences.
- Client Onboarding & Success – Lead new clients through sandbox setup, API documentation, and use‑case configuration (payment flows, credit scoring, crypto on/off‑ramp, etc.).
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or regulatory tech. Experience with API‑driven products or sandbox environments is a strong plus.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and basic analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads).
- Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
