Role Description The KAM Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Binh Duong, Vietnam, responsible for overseeing key account management activities within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Tender & Commercial Development (Focus)
- Lead and execute response documentation, solution design, costing, and pricing for Contract Logistics RFQs/Tenders to acquire new businesses within assigned Key Accounts.
- Act as the Project Lead for bidding projects, directly participating in quotation presentations and proposals to high-profile Contract Logistics clients.
- Support cost estimation by briefing specific Contract Logistics service requirements (warehousing, distribution, value-added services) with Operations and related departments.
- Maintain and scale strategic relationships with Key Accounts to achieve country GP1 targets.
- Keep the Customer Database and master contract list meticulously up-to-date.
- Collaborate across departments (Warehouse, Customs, Trucking) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints/queries efficiently and support Finance in debt collection.
- Hand over commercial data and documents to the project team for the implementation phase.
- Act as the Commercial Owner in implementation meetings until completion.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in KAM/Commercial roles, strongly preferring 3PL/Logistics.
- Must-Have:Proven track record in handling Tenders/RFQs & Bidding processes.
- Skills: Advanced leadership, negotiation, analytical thinking, and high-pressure management.
- Language: Fluent in English (100% English Interview).
- Base Salary: VND 28M-32M / month.
- Probation: 100% full salary during the probation period.
- Insurance: Full statutory social, health, and unemployment insurance from Day 1 (as per Labor Law).
