  • Working time: Monday Friday, 9:00 18:00

ABOUT THIS POSITION

As a Key Account Manager (Modern Trade), you will support in managing and developing Modern Trade partners across Vietnam. The role plays a critical part in executing sales plans, overseeing promotions, monitoring in-store performance, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.

This position requires strong commercial acumen, excellent coordination skills, and the capability to ensure smooth execution of all account activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support in developing and executing sales and marketing plans for Modern Trade partners.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for designated accounts.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing Modern Trade retailers while identifying new opportunities within the channel.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, performance tracking, and sell-out updates.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Merchandising to ensure smooth delivery, promotion execution, and in-store visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing changes, promotions, and market trends.
  • Assist in planning and executing in-store initiatives, promotions, and trade marketing activities.
  • Participate in regular business reviews with internal teams and retail partners.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-8 years of related experience in FMCG, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role; experience in beauty or personal care is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Modern Trade operations in Vietnam (Korean chains, Japanese chains, hypermarkets/supermarkets, CVS, etc.).
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin/Chinese ability is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with sales data and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet monthly targets.
  • Willing to travel domestically for store visits, meetings, and account follow-ups.
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice.
