Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Trader (Sales Support) with knowledge of Chinese language.

The Junior Trader will assist in sales operations, responding to client inquiries, managing customer satisfaction, and providing exemplary customer service. Day-to-day tasks include supporting sales negotiations, performing market analysis, processing orders, and ensuring smooth execution of transactions. Collaboration with team members and maintaining clear communication with clients will be key to success in this role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in trading or sales support is a plus
• Chinese language - must
