About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Client Service / Junior Trader to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international trade, client management, and logistics. As part of the Junior Trader department, you will play a key supporting role in daily operations while learning valuable industry skills that will set the foundation for a successful career in trading and supply chain management.

What you'll do:

·      Manage end-to-end execution of international trading orders, from contract preparation through shipment, delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-up.

·      Prepare and ensure accuracy of commercial, payment, shipping, and delivery documentation under different Incoterms and payment terms.

·      Coordinate with customers across different markets on contracts, payments, shipment schedules, deliveries, documentation, and outstanding matters.

·      Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, suppliers, warehouses, and other parties to ensure smooth execution of third-party and international trading transactions.

·      Monitor stock availability, cargo arrivals, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment, ensuring required documents and arrangements are completed on time.

·      Handle day-to-day exceptions and issues related to orders, documentation, payments, shipments, and deliveries, and follow through until resolution.

·      Maintain accurate transaction records and monitor order status in internal ERP systems.

What We're Looking For:

·      Fluent English and Chinese (B2)

·      2–5 years of relevant experience in international trading, Sales Support, Customer Support, or Order Management , with hands-on experience in end-to-end order execution and third-party trading transactions, preferably in the petrochemical or polymer industry.

·      Hands-on experience handling transactions under various Incoterms and international payment structures, including L/C, OA, T/T, D/P, CAD, ...

·      Experience working in an international business environment with multiple stakeholders and customers from different countries, coordinating across Sales, Logistics, Finance, suppliers, warehouses, and other external parties.

·      Strong communication and coordination skills, with high accuracy in handling commercial and shipping documents, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
