This role suits someone with13 years of experiencein technical consulting, system implementation, or IT infrastructure, and an interest inany ofthese areas:cloud, automation, security, and governance.You'llgain hands-on experience withERP systems,Microsoft 365,Intune,Purview,Azure,SQL databases,network administration, andsecurity compliance frameworks,with plenty of learning and certification support.
WhatYou'llDo
- Deliver and support solutions forERP,Microsoft 365, and related infrastructure, security, and database environments.
- Configure systems, troubleshoot issues, andassistclients with integrations, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Manage user access, devices, and data security usingMicrosoft Intune, Purview, and Defender.
- Implement and supportinformation security governance policiesaligned with standards such asISO 27001, andVietnam PDPLor Singapore PDPA.
- Support internal and external clients in improvingsystem reliability, compliance, and security posture.
- Develop andmaintainSQL databases, queries, and scripts for automation or reporting.
- Design and implementautomation scripts or toolsusingPowerShell, Python, or other programming languages.
- Contribute tonetwork and infrastructure setup, monitoring, security hardening, and optimization.
- Document configurations, system architecture, security controls, and automation processes.
WhatWe'reLooking For
- 13 years experience ininfrastructure/network/database/securityimplementation, supporting orconsulting.
- Experience inERP solutionsis an advantage.
- Hands-on withMicrosoft 365administration(Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform)is an advantage.
- Solid understanding ofSQL,database management,cloud,networking,information security, anddata protectionconcepts.
- Experience withautomation scripting(PowerShell, Python, or similar) andworkflow tools(Power Automate)is an advantage.
- Familiarity withsecurityor datagovernance frameworks(ISO 27001, PDPL, or GDPR).
- Experience withnetwork and system troubleshooting(VPN, DNS, firewalls).
- Problem-solver withstrong communicationskills in English.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and frameworks.
Nice to Have
- Background ininfrastructure, database management, security governance,ornetwork administration.
- Experience withAzureorAWS.
- AnyMicrosoft 365/ Azure/ AWSCertifications or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or ERP vendor certifications.
