About the Role We are looking for a Junior Technical Artist who is passionate about real-time visuals and game development. You will create and integrate visual content in Unity, working closely with the team to support gameplay features while maintaining performance across target platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement real-time VFX, materials, and gameplay visuals in Unity.
- Build and maintain prefabs, particle systems, and visual assets.
- Collaborate with Designers, Artists, and Developers to integrate content into gameplay.
- Optimize assets and effects for performance on mobile and PC.
- Troubleshoot visual and technical issues during development.
- Organize assets and follow project pipeline standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating real-time content creation and implementation in Unity.
- Working knowledge of Unity: prefabs, particle systems, materials, and scene setup.
- Basic C# scripting skills — able to read, modify, and write simple scripts in Unity.
- Basic understanding of shaders, rendering concepts, and real-time optimization.
- Good communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Unity VFX Graph, Shader Graph, HLSL, or ShaderLab.
- Experience developing mobile games.
- Familiarity with Git or Perforce.
