Role Overview:
The
Junior Solution Architect (Presales) supports customer engagements by preparing technical materials, understanding customer environments, and assisting senior presales in architecture discussions.
This role focuses on
learning Synaptix positioning, governance principles, and enterprise IT context, not on selling or closing deals.
Synaptix - TechX's AIOps platform that delivers operational intelligence, including anomaly detection, incident correlation and automated root-cause analysis (RCA) to support CloudOps and DevOps workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Discovery & Presales/SA Support
- Assist in customer discovery sessions (note-taking, requirement clarification)
- Help prepare architecture diagrams & documentations; integration mappings; and demo environments (guided)
- Support POC / pilot preparation
Product & Architecture Learning
- Learn Synaptix functional landscape and license structure
- Understand what Synaptix does and what Synaptix deliberately does NOT do
- Reuse approved presales materials and templates
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Senior SA - Presales, GTM Operations, and Product Enablement
- Ensure materials used are approved and consistent
Key Requirements:
- 13 years total experience presales engineer, IT operations or relevant positions
- Basic understanding of IT operations, Monitoring/alerting, and Incidents & RCA
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple terms
- Willingness to learn enterprise architecture & governance language
- Curious, careful, and structured. Good interpersonal and communication skills
