Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and visibility.
- Perform in-depth keyword research to uncover growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements: meta tags, headings, content, and site structure.
- Partner with our content and design teams to create SEO-friendly campaigns.
- Monitor performance with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, crawl errors).
- Build quality backlinks and outreach strategies to strengthen domain authority.
- Keep a close eye on competitors and SEO trendsalways staying two steps ahead.
What We're Looking
- For13 years of SEO experience (agency background = bonus points!).
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (nice to have, not required).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skillsyou'll collaborate across creative and technical teams.
- A curious, proactive, and results-driven personality.
