Role Overview

1. The Junior General Accountant supports daily accounting operations, maintains accurate records, and assists in reporting and tax compliance under supervision. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to develop professional accounting skills in a structured and international working environment.
2. The Senior General Accountant is responsible for supervising accounting operations, preparing consolidated financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and supporting the Chief Accountant in managing the accounting function. This position is a potential successor to the Chief Accountant role.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily accounting transactions accurately and timely.

Prepare invoices, receipts, and accounting documents.

Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist in preparing tax declarations and reports.

Maintain accounting files and documents.

Perform other tasks as assigned by Senior Accountants or Chief Accountant.

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.

From 1-3 years experience in General Accountant position or working in an accounting service company. Basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Basic proficiency in Excel and experience with AMIS accounting software.

Basic English skills are an advantage.
