Job Descriptions:
- Partner with the Sales team from the early stages to understand client needs, refine briefs, and shape proposal-ready insights through direct client engagement.
- Conduct research and develop tailored approach strategies for each key client.
- Collect and analyze market, demand, and competitor insights on a regular basis to refine strategies and share key findings with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Account, etc.).
- Possess a solid understanding of digital communication and online media strategies.
- Plan and allocate online media budgets effectively to maximize impact and achieve key KPIs.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard KOLs/KOCs with strong engagement and alignment to campaign objectives for proposal pitching.
- Collaborate closely with account, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and consistency in messaging.
- Develop compelling presentation materials and deliver them confidently to internal teams and clients.
Who You Are:
- At least 1 years experience at the same level in one or more of these above-mentioned areas
- Understanding of influencer dynamics and the ability to connect with influencers on a personal level.
- Experience in Ecom is a plus.
- Flexibility to handle diverse projects and manage workload effectively.
- Result-driven & problem solving mindset
- Strong logical & critical thinking skill
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Business-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory (as English will be frequently used for client and internal communication).
