JUNIOR RELOCATION COORDINATOR (PET ADVENTURES)

We are seeking a proactive Relocation Coordinator, this is a broad, hands-on role managing

end-to-end pet relocations — combining logistics, operations, and customer service to

deliver a smooth, compliant, and high-quality client experience.

This role across multiple functions - logistics, client management, operations, and

coordination - and offers a meaningful step up in autonomy and responsibility. This position

comes with real scope to grow, learn, and take ownership.

What You'll Do

● Manage compliance, documentation, and paperwork for domestic and international

pet travel.

● Coordinate with cargo agents and freight forwarders in Vietnam and globally.

● Work directly with clients post-sale to plan and execute relocations efficiently.

● Ensure all destination requirements are met and advise the sales team accordingly.

● Research routings and prepare quotations using agent pricing data.

● Maintain detailed communication with clients throughout the process.

● Arrange departure and arrival procedures at International Airports.

● Liaise with our veterinary team to support clinical requirements and documentation.

● Conduct in-person client meetings where required.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who's ambitious and ready to make things happen. You'll need:

● Strong written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).

● Experience managing the full cycle of logistics or customer service projects, ideally in

live animal transport or travel.

● Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities.

● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

● Ability to work under pressure and handle emotional situations with empathy and

professionalism.

● Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.

● Background in Veterinary Nursing or experience in a Veterinary Setting would be great
