Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Keeper of the Tempo (Project Coordinator) to join our core team and turn strategic ideas into reality.

2. WHAT YOU WILL DO

You are not here just to take notes. You are here to ensure the engine runs smoothly.

Timeline Management: Plan, track, and enforce deadlines for content projects (YouTube, TikTok, Blog) and digital products (Courses, Ebooks). Ensure that deadlines are respected.

Workflow Coordination: Act as the bridge between the Founder and execution teams (Content, Design, Video Editors). Ensure clear communication and zero information loss.

Quality Assurance (QA): Perform preliminary quality checks on deliverables (articles, videos) based on VN B&B standards before final approval.

Process Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in our workflow and propose solutions to make the team work faster and smarter.

Administrative Support: Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and weekly performance reports.

3. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We hire for mindset, not just degrees.

Experience: 0.5 - 1 year of experience in similar roles (PM, PO, Assistant, Team Leader). Talented freshers with exceptional logical thinking are welcome.

Systematic Thinking: Ability to organize chaos into order. You see a problem, and you immediately break it down into steps 1, 2, 3.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana) and Excel/Google Sheets.

Communication: Firm but diplomatic. You know how to apply pressure to get things done without breaking team morale.

Attitude: Can-do attitude. No excuses, only solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Plus point: Basic understanding of Finance/Trading or Digital Marketing.
