Act as the central point of contact for all project-related communications
Facilitate coordination between the BD team, Production team, and Pre-sales team
Monitor project progress and ensure all teams are aligned with project goals and timelines
Team Collaboration:
Engage with the Production team to understand their capacity, capabilities, and progress on ongoing projects
Ensure that the Production team has all the necessary information and resources to deliver on project requirements
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed and organized records of project activities, communications, and milestones
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders
Problem Solving:
Identify potential project risks and issues early on and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies
Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Background: University degree or above
Having1-2 yearsof experience as a Project Coordinator/PM Assistant in IT company
Having experience inEcommercewebsite development projects is an advantage
Fluent English speaking(must have)
Good communication and writing skills (both in Vietnamese and English) since you need to communicate a lot with your internal team (Vietnamese) and clients (English)
Versatile with working conditions and proactive in project management
Possessing skills in research, time management, coordination, problem-solving, and more
Eager to learn, proactive, and open-minded
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
